πŸ“¦ MetroMap3D Return Policy

We want you to love your 3D map. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer must contact us first.

  • Condition: Item must be returned in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Custom orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to send you a replacement. Just contact us right away with the required photos so we can get the process started. These photos are also necessary for us to file a shipping claim with the carrier:

  • Photo of the damaged product

  • Photo of the outer packaging (if there's visible damage, make sure it’s shown)

  • Photo of the shipping label (tracking number must be readable)

  • Photo of the inner packaging (including the packing foam)
