π¦ MetroMap3D Return Policy
We want you to love your 3D map. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer must contact us first.

Condition: Item must be returned in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Issued once the item is received and inspected.

Custom orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, weβre happy to send you a replacement. Just contact us right away with the required photos so we can get the process started. These photos are also necessary for us to file a shipping claim with the carrier:

Photo of the outer packaging (if there's visible damage, make sure itβs shown)

Photo of the shipping label (tracking number must be readable)

Photo of the inner packaging (including the packing foam)
